Important Notes:

    • If prompted, your choices will be to INSTALL or CANCEL the applet.
    • You must choose INSTALL.
  • A Chat Session dialog box will then open, and will be connected to the Help Desk queue.
    • Please wait for a Technician to respond to your Help Desk request...
  • The applet will automatically un-install from your PC upon completion of the session.
