Remote Technical SupportClick on the Life Preserver to go to a webpage to insert your 6-Digit Code.

Once the code is entered, click the DOWNLOAD button and RUN the VRBNC.exe file.

(Depending on your version of Windows, you may need to click the “More Info” link or check the box on the Windows security popup and choose “Run Anyway” to proceed).

Complete the form, and click “Send Request” to enter the remote support queue.  This will allow us to gain access to your computer for remote control Technical Support.  Once the support session has ended, the software will be deleted from your computer.
